After devouring a 14'' Yellow Cab Manhattan Meatlovers pizza with my brother, we watched Orphan with a USB attached to the DVD player.  (Amazing, isn't it?)



It was total relaxation and entertainment.

And i noticed something...

The star (err..villain) of the movie is pretty..

Is she gonna be the next Camilla Belle?  I think she looks a lot like her.  She could pass as Camilla's younger version or her younger sis! :)
And they have the same exotic name and looks! :)  She may be just 12 years old but her charm is already exuding and her acting talent is superb!  Kudos to Orphan and to Isabelle. :)


And after the movie, while playing Zombies, my sister and I decided to have Selecta Hazelnut Brownie as our dessert.
Talk about pig-out!!! :-)

Tonight's another night..let's see what shall happen... :)

On Christmas day, (yesterday), our family minus dad, went to Chimes to have my mom's Fitflops exchanged.

 



Her feet grew bigger!  She's an 8 now... :)
and I'm thinking of getting one for myself... It's really comfy and makes me look tall! haha :D

Anyway, back to my original topic, while mom was looking at perfumes on the first floor, i recognized two beautiful familiar faces on the wall of the perfume counters:

PS.  I'm supposed to be happy since it's Christmas but this annoying face of a b*tchy subscriber in front of me is really irritating.  I want to crush her into pieces. hahaha :D

The trend now is that people - friends, acquaintances or those whom you may have just met all get either pregnant, having babies and getting married. Remembering the stairway to getting older we all  used to ask or say " Mag M.U na sila! " as we grew a bit older to " Sila na ba? " Now to " Mag-asawa na sila ni .. "

Whew.

As much as I know I wanted to get married with the one whom I have loved most for the longest years, the fact that I myself isn't stable yet and still exploring, wanting to get into so many things in order for me to achieve the goal I want to be  - I couldn't say yes, nor can I say no.

It's more on " I can't " rather than " I don't want to.. " 

I guess that's the irony of it all. Even if you have an undying love for someone but both of you aren't stable yet to build a family, enough luxury saved to feed, pay the rent and live for the both of you as family yet, even if you'd want to be together forever - when you're not ready, clearly, you're not ready but that doesn't mean you will never be.

That was then. I just don't know how things are going to turn out in the future. The past has already been passed. I've yet to meet <i> the one </i> I'll be ready to share forever with but for now, I know I want to share togetherness with the current occupation I am currently in.

Holiday debuggery

We know there were a few kinks with the holiday promotion. We've been working very hard to get them ironed out. If you have a paid/permanent account, keep on sending those coupons. Here's an update:

• If you were unable to send out multiple coupons at a time, please perform a hard refresh, and you should be good to go.
• If you redeemed a coupon to upgrade your account and the balance at checkout was $0 instead of $9.95 or $15, this means your upgrade did not go through (nor were you charged). We've straightened this out, so you can now apply your holiday coupon toward the purchase of an annual paid account.
• If you tried to redeem a holiday coupon and had trouble using a gift certificate to cover the balance of an annual paid account, we identified the root problem. If this happened to you, you can now use your holiday coupon together with your gift certificate.
• If the number of holiday coupons you have available suddenly goes up (instead of down), this might be due to recipients declining the coupons, at which point your pool of available coupons will be replenished and, therefore, increase.
• If you need assistance with holiday coupons or pretty much anything else (well, LiveJournal related), please open a support request and we'll be more than happy to help!

Tweaks

• There were some initial glitches displaying results on My Guests, but we've worked them out. We hope you'll check out who's been checking you out!
• Some of you reported formatting issues using the Rich Text Editor (i.e., line breaks were being removed incorrectly). We've implemented a fix! Thanks so much for your patience.

It's such a cliche but time did flew fast I barely felt the years passed by since we all graduated from High school. Several years ago everyone has been fuzzing and bothered by what course to take, which path to go to, without knowing where our grand decision would lead us into.

On December 22, 2009, the third annual batch party was held at Amarula Bar at BF Homes. My first attendance. It took courage and mixed emotions before I decided on attending but I figured, regardless and irregardless of circumstances I should attend and rejuvenate by surrounding myself with people whom I have spent my youth with.

I've got to admit, I had my own islet when I was in High School. I have always surrounded myself with other people from other batches, people from other schools and neglected the connection from my inner circle. There are tons of catching up for me to do when it comes to reconnecting with them but these people, no matter what, will forever be the foundation of the years.

During the Christmas reunion, I realized how far apart I am from the bonding our batch has but it's never too late to reconnect. Honestly I enjoyed being called as "Kathy" again instead of what I am called now as (although "Kassy" was formed during our 2nd year)
somehow the connection which I have tied with my friends back then felt right - those people who still call me by my birth nickname actually are those people whom I will never stop loving and will never forget. It was lovely having to hear it over and over again, it was music in my ears.

No more wishing and hoping about taking back the time, I've got years to reconnect and build friendships once again ahead.

I have missed everyone. I have missed those people whom I have called as my best friends. I may have been out of loop but knowing how you girls are now is making me feel very proud and happy.

One day, I will also make you girls and boys proud, as much as I am to every each one of you.

Good Morning Phils!!!

I haven't really eaten breakfast per se, it's just that, it's been a while since i last made a blog this early.. Yup, i've changed to the morning shift already!!! Less sleep but more time to party after work! hahaha :D i'm liking it... :)

Anyway, the first news i read this AM is that Brittany Murphy died. :(  I wasn't really a fan, but it's so tragic!  She's so young and she could've had a lot more to offer... RIP.  This made me realize more that life is indeed precious.. And we should be thankful for each day that we have on earth.  I make sure i thank God when i wake up and realize i have another day...and before i sleep, for making me last the day... And this goes out for not only myself but also my loved ones and everyone in the world! :)  Salamat, Bro. :-)


On a happy note, I am thrilled to share my recent discovery.  It's Victoria's Secret's VERY SEXY lip gloss! 




It prevents my lips from chapping and it has this sweet smell that makes me forget how sticky the feeling is.  One reason i don't really wear gloss is that sticky feeling.  But with the nicest shade of Peach and the raspberry smell, i'm lovin' every second wearing it. Thank you Chatty, for my first, and one of the many VS glosses in the future. hehe :p  (got it as a bday gift from Chat!!!)

I AM DYING to watch this movie!  It's got awesome reviews and much anticipation.  I'm probably the last one to watch =(  And with the recently opened "Lazy-boy" movie house in Gmall, who wouldn't be feelin' giddy with excitement???




Meanwhile, while waiting for my midnight shift to end, i'm scouring the web for pretty stuff to purchase.  It's really different if you've got extra cash coz you would be patient enough looking for the best out there...  But then you'll realize that some of the things you're looking for is just a taxi-ride away.  I've been wanting to visit Red Door at F. Torres and that posh shop along Bajada.  Too bad i don't have time and a ride for now =(  I bet there are lots to choose from there.  Anyway, I found a cute vintage Owl Necklace though.  And it's surprisingly cheap!  It kinda looks like this:
